Please find information for the accessibility of all our sites below. If you have any further queries regarding accessibility, please call us directly on 0131 510 0395, Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm or email access@underbelly.co.uk.

We have tried to make the walkways of Edinburgh’s Christmas as even as possible with ramps to stalls where we can. However, please note that due to the temporary nature of the site, ramps may occasionally be steeper than 1:12.

There is no ride-wide policy for the suitability of the rides for those with disabilities. This is due to variant conditions – e.g. unfavourable weather, the type of ride – and the nature of the disability, as some rides will require more support than others. The individual ride operator on the day will determine whether the ride is suitable, for safety reasons, and how they will grant admission.

If you are coming to see a show or visit an attraction at an Underbelly venue, you may be eligible for a complimentary seat for your personal assistant or carer, please contact access@underbelly.co.uk to learn more, or fill out this form to register yourself on our access list. For more information on accessibility and to book tickets, please contact the box office on 0131 510 0395 or access@underbelly.co.uk.
