MENTAL HEALTH EVENT 15 AND 16 DECEMBER 2020 – SPACES STILL AVAILABLE
A joint event hosted by the Local Area Co-ordinators and People First.
The Local Area Co-ordinators (Stuart and Catherine) and People First (Caroline) are hosting a Mental Health workshop where people with learning disabilities can come along and talk about how Covid 19 has affected their mental health. The same workshop will be held on Zoom twice – once during the daytime and once in the evening, to make sure everybody has a chance to join in:
15th December 6pm-7pm
16th December 11am-12pm
In the workshop we will talk about ways to help you cope (coping strategies) and look at where you can find information and help. You can take part in the workshop and you will have a chance to talk about your feelings if you choose to – about how Covid 19 has affected you, how things are at the moment and how you can look after your mental health and wellbeing. We can think about having more Zoom sessions in the future if you think it would be helpful.
If you are interested in attending one of the workshops, please contact Stuart or Caroline by phone or email and let us know which workshop you would like to come to:
