Rachel Sikahall, Duty Carer Support Worker, VOCAL, Rachel trained in social work has worked at VOCAL for 2 years and is the duty Carer Support Worker. Rachel speaks to a large number of carers over the working week and has a sound knowledge of the issues carers face.
