Alive and Singing -wellbeing group for care staff

A new singing group for current and retired health and social care workers.

Relax, de-stress, have fun and make new connections with each other through song.

Songs will be taught by ear in a relaxed and fun environment – no previous experience needed. All welcome!

Led by Jane Lewis who has many years’ experience in running community singing groups including The Warblers singing for lung health groups in East Lothian and Midlothian. Jane is also a trained social worker and understands the issues faced by those working in health and social care
